The artist
My artistic journey began with drawing from life and studying faces, their subtle nuances and their expressiveness. The eyes have always been my starting point: a mirror through which I try to glimpse a person's soul.
From this early exploration of realism, my style has evolved into a more personal and symbolic language. Portraiture remains at its heart, opening up to natural and dreamlike elements. My works primarily depict female figures immersed in atmospheres where reality and imagination meet.
Pastel colours and vibrant hues, often in contrast, become an emotional language, reflecting moods and inner sensations. I favour mixed techniques, allowing me to combine the precision of drawing with the freedom of colour.
Floral and animal elements intertwine with my subjects as symbols of balance, fragility and connection with nature.
